6. Entry cost and sale requirements

There is no additional fee to enter the competition. Normal agreed agency fees and marketing charges apply to the property listing and will not be increased because of the competition.

The property does not need to sell or settle before the draw ends for its entry to qualify. Entry does not alter the sellers’ rights under their agency appointment or applicable law however, if a vendor decides to no longer sell their home within the competition period, their entry will be voided.

Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries, with each entry having an equal chance of winning first prize. Prizes will be drawn in ascending order: third prize, second prize, then first prize. Each winning entry will be removed before the next prize is drawn.

Winners do not need to attend the draw. Prizes will not jackpot.

If fewer than three valid entries are received, prizes will be awarded in descending order to the available entries.

10. Prize payment

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner and arrange payment. Prizes will be paid within one month of the draw, subject to verification of eligibility and receipt of the necessary payment instructions, unless a later payment date is agreed in writing or the winner cannot be located despite reasonable efforts. Gift cards will be posted to the address provided by the winner if not located in Townsville for delivery or pickup.

11. Unclaimed prizes

If a prize remains unclaimed after reasonable efforts to contact the winner, an unclaimed-prize draw will take place on 5th January 2027 at the same time and location as the original draw, subject to applicable law.

The redraw will include the remaining eligible entries that have not already won a prize. Replacement winners will be notified and potentially published using the same process as the original winners.
